Couriers

Zone 1 - England, Wales & parts of Scotland excluding the Highlands & Islands - Two working days parcel service delivery across UK

Deliveries to  recipients in  zone 1 are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Zone 2- The Highlands & Islands of Scotland -   normally 3 or 4 working days.

Real time tracking and online electronic signatures upon delivery

We deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, 

Couriers will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed. Please ensure that the recipient's telephone number is included for deliveries
